So for us all there is no doubt that 2020 was a worrying and challenging Year. Unfortunately 2021 looks like it will, for the most part, be much the same. The arrival of the Vaccine and mass administration will be a game-changer however and we all look forward to returning to a new normal!
The property auction market has however proved to be extremely resilient and live -streamed auctions have proved an excellent substitute for the “ballroom” auctions which offered the theatre and drama we have all come to cherish. But, social distancing remains as important as ever!
